Every track on SavvyTunes is available in MP3 format. All MP3s are encoded at 192 kbps variable bit rate (VBR) which is great for you as this means that youll get your music faster. Bit rates represent the amount of information, or detail that is stored per unit of time of a recording. The higher the bit rate, the better the audio quality. The minimum bit rate for a decent audio file quality is 128 Kbps. 192Kbps and higher are the best. |

DRM stands for Digital Rights Management. DRM restricts the number of times you can burn a song you have downloaded or transfer that song to another computer. ALL of the music on SavvyTunes is DRM-free. SavvyTunes does not imposed usage restrictions on the files you download. You can listen to the files you download however you like as long as it's for your own personal use. While you won't find DRM on SavvyTunes, all of the songs we sell are still works protected by copyright laws and we ask that you respect that. So if one of your friends wants a copy of something you downloaded do us and the artists you support a favour and tell them to go buy a copy here. |

| Any connection will work. Most of our files are typically 3 megs, which will take approximately 14 minutes to download on a 28.8 dial-up, 7 minutes on 56.6 dial-up, and less than one or two minutes on broadband. |
